We are commanded in Deuteronomy to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and might and to recite the commands of God to our children. We are called to:
“Talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise,” (Deuteronomy 6: 7)
Welcome to "The ARK:" a place where our children can grown deeper in faith while learning about God's unfailing love for them. Children are the church of today and tomorrow. We believe at PCN that we are called to teach our kids, to love them and to share the message of Christ with them as they grow in their relationship with God. Here are ways that we begin to equip our kids and our families with the faith.
Youth Mission Statement
"Presbyterian Church of Novato's mission for youth: shepherd children from infancy into adulthood, building the foundations of faith. In so doing, PCN will:
- Teach youth to understand and seek God's wisdom from The Scriptures in a safe and fun learning environment;
- Support families so they may grow in relationship with one another and Christ;
- Encourage youth to model their lives after Christ and through the power of the Holy Spirit share their faith by serving the world."
